We reliably and professionally compile your business's mandatory annual financial statements as a balance of trade or tax, according to your requirements.

Such a financial statement contains the balance sheet itself, the profit and loss statement as well as the fixed assets report. Depending on their size corporations might have to provide an appendix and possibly a business management report with their financial statement. We support you in compiling these documents.

Based on the financial accounting we did for you or you provided us with we compile the neccessary records in compliance with any legal requirements.

We also carry out the legally required publications and deposits in the electronic German Federal Gazette.

For businesses not required to keep accounts we compile the annual financial statement as a revenue surplus account.

We draw up any kind of operational or personal tax returns, i.e. VAT, business tax or corporate income tax returns and, of course your very own income tax return. If needed we compile tax declarations for inheritances or gifts as well.
